Nathan Myhrvold, chef, photographer, author and founder of Modernist Cuisine and Modernist Cuisine Gallery will host a six course dinner with critic ally acclaimed chef Fred Sabo at The Metropolitan Museum of Art Dining Room. The sensorial dinner will take place at 6:30 p.m. on Friday November 22, 2019. Guests will bask in breathtaking views of Central Park as they enjoy a curated menu with wine pairings. On display, a video provides a behind-the-scenes look at his culinary and photography creative process.
